About this apartment rental
Mount Beauty is a quaint town in the Victorian High Country.
'Linger Longer Tawonga South' is our holiday home with beautiful views as far as the eye can see.
We hope that you love visiting our place, as much as we do.
The ground floor unit comprises of three bedrooms, which can accommodate maximum 6-7 guests, bed configuration is as listed. We supply doonas, pillows and towels. You must bring your own linen, however we are able to supply for an additional surcharge.
This unit has its own small, but inviting lounge area with a with a split system heater that warms the area nicely and air conditioner that keeps you cool in the summer.
We have one private bathroom for guests, which comprises of vanity, shower and separate toilet. Please keep this in mind if you are choosing to book with maximum capacity numbers. There is no bath, but we do provide a baby bath for small infants.
The kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with an oven and stove, toaster, kettle etc. It is stocked up with every utensil you could need if you’re looking to save money by staying in for meals or interested in a long term rental. Tea/Coffee are supplied for you to enjoy.
My favourite part of this unit is the double doors that open out onto our deck with stunning mountain views. The exterior has been neatly landscaped and there is a delightful paved courtyard perfect for entertaining and just relaxing whilst taking in the gorgeous views on offer.
There is an upstairs unit which is completely seperate and unavailable for rent to the general public. Upstairs is our own personal space, used by family and friends, so please be mindful that the foyer area may sometimes be a shared space.
