About this cottage rental
Completely refurbished with queen size mattresses in two bedrooms, each with a private entrance. 3rd Bedroom is secure for children with a queen bunk down and a full up. Laminate flooring throughout. New paint when needed.
55" LED in living room. 32" LED in master, 32” LCD in other adult bedroom,
cable and high speed internet. Blue ray player provided. Apple TV.
Fully equipped kitchen, blender, toaster, coffee pot, Kuerig coffee maker. Pots & pans
Washer & dryer provided.
Towels and sheets are furnished.
All of our towels, bed linens and comforters are washed weekly.
Check in is 4:00 PM Saturday, Check out is 11:00AM the following Saturday.

The Ladd's were wonderful! We appreciated & made full use of the waterfront & kayaks & paddle boards. This is a good location for other activities: Hart-Montegue bike trail, Shelby Community park, Stoney Creek tubing & beach, jeeping, the Lighthouse beach we also went to Ludington State Park to hike. The kitchen was well stocked, which was good for us, as we ate all of our meals in. They do not have central air, which when you read the description closer you realize it's a window air conditioner and 3 large fans. Central air would make the home more comfortable & less dampness.Overall we had a great time with our grandchildren!

Beautiful area close to the dunes, we had a blast. The rental and view is very nice. We had an issue with one of our vehicles that required modifications, which the owner gladly lent his tools. We were very thankful for that as well.Thank you again.
