Great location and front deck with some of the best views in Seal Rocks.
Very old cottage with run down kitchen and bathroom - entrance stairway is leaning on an angle - and we weren’t told that a caretaker lives in the house and uses same entrance. No dishwasher or wifi.

Location was amazing! Easy walk to the beach. The view from the deck is beautiful! Such a great place to swim.
House is old but has everything you need.
Very hot in February and the 2 fans didnt work which made it very hard in the day when the house heated up with no aircon.

great spot for surf buddies holiday- had all you need with large deck kitchen lounge with outlook and 3 bedrooms
has flat attached at back which is occupied
