Perched atop the hill at beautiful Boat Beach, this north facing, old beach shack enjoys breathtaking ocean views. A popular choice with holiday-makers - enjoy a seaside escape, only 3 hours from Sydney. Slip into a state of pure relaxation as you soak up the seaside ambiance from the expansive deck and patio. Turn off all mobile and internet devices, as we have no WiFi or mobile reception. Perfect opportunity to switch off and relax!

- If there is a power outage, the pumps do not work for the water tanks

We loved our stay at Briesta! The location is the best; quiet, amazing ocean views, north-facing sunshine and private and quiet.The kitchen while old is perfectly supplied with all the cooking items we needed including modern oven and cook top.Comfy beds and lots of blankets.My tip for the owners/managers would be to supply an outside umbrella for the deck (my guess is guests have damaged them in the past, but I’ll bring my own next time!).We hope Seal Rocks stays quiet forever and escape the developers gaze. Thank you for keeping the house quaint and original!!

Property had everything you need but the view from, and size of, the front deck is spectacular. Only downside was parking which was available but awkward especially for two vehicles. Property managers were excellent to deal with.

This place was spot on with our winter holiday with a nice fire place ,Netflix for the Kids of a Night and Walk to water in minutes,Dolphins from the Deck and Whales even come into Boat Beach.The Family cant wait to go back .Thanks
