i booked 4 rooms wz 4 Families ended up 2 rooms together the other 2 rooms separated which actually i called to request room next to each other. No room cleaning service, towels also not changed. Restaurant only open evening 5.30pm to.9pm wuth not much choices... Quite disappointed actually

Juara Beach Resort is very beautiful, clean, and quiet — the perfect place for relaxation. The serene atmosphere and stunning scenery make it an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy nature. I’ll definitely return again.

Extremely disappointing experience and one of the worst resort stays I have had. We booked and paid for a specific room, only to be informed upon arrival that the room was unavailable due to a “technical issue.” Instead of receiving the accommodation we had reserved, we were moved to a different room. The compensation offered was only RM100, which did not reflect the difference between the room booked and the room provided based on the resort’s own published room rates. What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of professionalism. There was no sincere apology, no proper explanation, and no effort to manage the situation. We were simply expected to accept the downgrade without question. The replacement room was not particularly clean, and there was no briefing whatsoever on resort facilities, water activities, cafés, restaurants, or available services. As first-time guests, we were left to figure everything out ourselves. For a hospitality business, customer service was shockingly poor. When a resort fails to honour a confirmed booking, the least guests should expect is transparency, fair compensation, and genuine concern for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, none of these were demonstrated. This experience left us feeling misled, undervalued, and frustrated. We travelled to Tioman expecting a relaxing holiday and instead spent our time dealing with issues that should never have occurred in the first place. I would not return to this resort and would advise potential guests to think carefully before booking.
