charming house and kind host.

the house is lovely and comfortable, the host is very kind and friendly. within walking distance from the lake.

the street gets relatively busy, but there was a construction of the other road so possibly that was the reason.

Shared Charming and spacious 100yr old house with a friendly hostess.

Rooms are large and comfortable. There are games and brochures and maps. My kids like the ping-pong table. It might be a good location. I don’t know for sure because the construction everywhere made it hard to get to things. The 100 yr old house was charming and we really liked the hostess so that helped balance out negatives. I liked the little decorations all over the house.

I didn’t realize that this was a shared house. No where in the description does it mention it. I found it very stressful for me because I had a baby and I didn’t want to wake up the host with a crying baby. We couldn’t get to the gorge parking 1 from this side without going all the way around a bunch of construction. We had to park a parking 5 and hike. The hostess mentioned that we could hike from her apartment we did not attempt.

Everything was perfect. Location is around 40 minutes from lake by foot. I recommend this house for staying .

Very nice old building, but modern. The housekeeper very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.

Wonderful host. Very helpful. Comfortable rooms. Very clean.

The host has been smoking time to time in her room and we could feel the smell. It was unpleasant especially because we stayed with children.
