Hostal Restaurante La Diligencia

### A wonderful stay full of history, warmth and genuine hospitality I stayed at Hostal La Diligencia in Cunit for two nights before continuing my holiday to Slovakia, and honestly, I am so glad I chose this place. The hotel has a wonderful sense of history. The building and rooms are quite traditional and a little dated, but for me, that was part of the charm. You can feel that this is a place with many years of history and character rather than a modern, generic hotel. It is nearly 60 years old, and I really appreciated that atmosphere. What made my stay especially memorable was the owner. He was absolutely amazing — friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. Whatever I needed or asked about, he did his best to arrange or explain. He also speaks English, which made everything very easy. You immediately feel that this is a family-run place where guests are genuinely cared for. The food was another highlight. The meals were incredible, prepared by the chef, with his lovely older mother also helping. Everything felt homemade, authentic and full of care. I also met some lovely people during my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location in Cunit is excellent. The hotel is right in the center, with shops, restaurants and everything you need nearby. Cunit itself is a lovely little town and does not feel overly touristy, which I really enjoyed. The beach was beautiful and pleasantly uncrowded, and there are plenty of places around to eat, many of them at very reasonable prices. I only stayed for two nights, but I honestly wish I could have stayed longer. It was a short stay, but a very memorable one. I would definitely return to Hostal La Diligencia and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Cunit, especially travelers looking for somewhere authentic, friendly and full of character rather than a modern chain hotel. Staff was so kind and took such great care of us

La ubicación es genial para alguien que no conoce el pueblo. El desayuno normal como si estuvieras en tu casa. Las tapas que ofrece son muy caseras. El personal muy amable. Recomendado totalmente.

L'esmorzar no es de bufet però inclou torrades de pa de pagès amb tomàquet, embotits de qualitat, formatge, etc. Hi ha suc de tararonja, cafè i pastes envasades.

Les instal•lacions són antiquades i caldria una neteja a fons de les habitacions. Cada dia reposen paper higiènic, tovalloles i articles de tocador.
