The Angel Inn

The rooms were a great size, very comfortable and clean. Also, smelled amazing which is not something I’d usually highlight but thought it made a great first impression.

Shame that a proper breakfast was not available although the in- the -room breakfast was fully advertised and o.k.

We arrived late afternoon, and had pre-booked a table for the restaurant, they let us be seated early, the food and service was excellant and the price for the three of us was brilliant value for money. A lovely Continental breakfast was supplied in our room, they ensured our milk was in the fridge. They delivered the coissants the night before together with our selection of rolls. The room was spacious and comfortable, together with a small dining table, enabling us to eat comfortably in our room. We enjoyed the privacy this gave us, as we didn't have to get dressed to go to breakfast. The bathroom was exceptional, it had two basins a large walk in shower, brilliant space. Great value for money.:)

In lovely quiet little village no traffic noise no street lights invading your rooms and on site bar and restaurant.
