What we particularly liked about the hotel was that it was clean, quiet, and conveniently located close to the ski slope. This made our stay both comfortable and very enjoyable.

Very nice hotel, with comfortable bed and really nice bath with bubbles, the breakfast was delicious with many options, we really appreciated the spa time, with many saunas, very good time in this hotel! We recommend you to stay there :)
Small windows in the room and dark colours of light in the room- the only one 2 things to change :)

Beautiful hotel, good spa service included, nice breakfast and great value for money! Close to train station and was really easy to navigate our way around. Plus the staff were so so helpful!
Loved the balcony but wish it was facing the mountains, other than that it was good! Perhaps some more variation each day with the breakfasts would’ve been nice but we only stayed a couple nights so for us was perfect.

Our room was cleaned to perfection, I think this was the cleanest hotel room I've experienced, not a single limescale patch in the bathroom, really, no complaints whatsoever of their cleanliness standards, excellent!
We requested the hotel to give us a room on a higher floor as our main priority was to see the mountains so we could have a nice balcony view. They put us on the first floor in a separate building to the main hotel, even though the whole building was completely empty, we never seen a single person ever coming in or out of the block.. was very disappointed about that matter as Im keep experiencing this issue with all the places I book through booking that the hotels completely ignore customer requests. If they wanted to charge more for a higher up floor it wouldn't have been a problem, however booking does not give you an option for floor level preference so really the hotels should then satisfy a request of this matter
