We appreciated a self check-in. Also, we liked the breakfast - for a smaller place like Vila Emma, the offer was quite generous. The location was a great starting point for variety of hiking trails. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.
The beds could have been more comfortable and also we would appreciate an elevator to take all our luggage to the top of the building. The sauna was nice but could have been hotter.

Location, price, balcony, common areas, free parking - all amazing. Receptionist also very helpful.
Only thing to improve, the shower is weird, Only hand held shower, and in the same are as rest of toilet.
