The apartment is well equipped. Mini-Owen, microwave, kettle, fridge, hair-dryer.... There are even slippers :)
There is a small storage for the skies right in front of the door of the flat. Very convenient.
Communication with the owner was good - in English. He sent us messages with information about how to check-in, check-out, and sent sms in the morning of the arrival to follow up with us and help if needed with the navigation. Very nice.
Self check-in, self check-out (locker box).
Comfortable beds.
As it is a ground floor flat, f you go in winter and are not use to ground-floor or a bit colder flat, might be a disadvantage. We were aware and for us it was not a big issue.
The flat was prepared only for 4 while we booked for 5 ppl (3 adults+2children). We got only 4 towels. I could have wrote to the owner, but it was not needed because actually the 3rd adult could not make it so we got exactly the amount of towels we needed. Still, from the booking information we got 1 towel less.
