Greenland Sa Pa Hotel by DLMH

The following is my own opinion, unsolicited, based on a five-night stay: spacious room, kind and helpful hostess, really good mini-fridge, excellent location, excellent overall value.

Stronger water pressure in the shower would have been nice, also a full shower door or curtain to minmize water spillage onto the bathroom floor.

Lee, the hotel owner, took such great care of us! After our sleeper bus ride, we arrived to find free snacks, instant noodles, and drinks waiting for us in our room. He told us he had prepared everything because he knew we would be arriving late. Such a thoughtful gesture! Their laundry service is also excellent. Our clothes came back neatly folded and completely free of the dirt and stains from our trip. Lee speaks excellent English and really goes above and beyond to make sure his guests feel comfortable and cared for. He even let us leave our bags in storage while we stayed at another hotel in the village and waited for our sleeper bus. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Even though it's about a 10-minute walk from the city center, the amazing hospitality makes it absolutely worth it. Thank you, Lee, for taking such good care of us! ❤️

Good location, affordable. Spacious room.

The room advertises a balcony but you can’t really call it that. It’s a semi-outdoor area about 1 square metre with a window that opens maybe 3 inches. The room wasn’t serviced.
