Good. Absolutely cost its price.

This is a very nice studio. Good, simple. You have everything you need there. Kitchen stuff was clean and good. Shower, toilet without surprises. Very nice books and albums on the shelves. Quite, because window goes into the inside garden. Owner is english speaking. Nice for visiting Paris.

From minuses I can say the remote of the TV which was not working, but in the end TV is not the reason you are coming to Paris.

I'd like to stay here again!

We really got more than we expected. Room looks much more pretty and elegant than on current photos and in general a cool opportunity to live in an old authentic french apartment with a garden under the window. Perfect location!

It could be a bit cleaner under the bed.

Perfect value/price, parking, location, perfect french entourage but room needs CLEANING

Location is very, very good - 20 min walk from Eiffel tower and less than 25 min by transport from all other sights. Public transportation stops (underground) are also near - 4 and 8 min away. Bus stop is right at the building. Apartment is surprisingly big for Paris - just as big as any usual hotel room anywhere in other city in Europe :) Apartment furnishing is ok, everything is old but it kind of adds to entourage. Inner garden view is exceptional (garden also keeps apartment really cool even in 37 ˚C heat). We used parking - it is three blocks away and only available for cars not too big, not too wide and not too long as it is in an underground floor with REALLY super tight downward spiral driveway (you HAVE to be a somewhat skilful driver).

Apartment needs thorough cleaning - there are tons of dust under the bed and under the wardrobe etc. Bathroom also needs some proper de-calcifying cleaning and a new shower head. All other surfaces were clean enough.

The landlord is friendly,he sent us an extra mattress because we are three people together.It is a different and wonderful experience to experience authentic French home decor

Good stay

Good location. Richard, the owner, was very kind and tried to help us with everything we needed. The room was clean and confy and with great views to a wonderful garden! All services near. Good choice for one night in Paris.

SHort walk from Eiffel Tower with a bit of authentic style

The location was great - just a nice walk from the Eiffel Tower and easy to connect anywhere via the Metro Really enjoyed my stay - the host was so friendly and even did some laundry for me - cannot say thanks enough :)

A wonderful French experience!

Richard was friendly and accommodating. The room was equipped thoughtfully (i.e. microwave, coffee machine, mini fridge). Love the homey and welcoming feel. Will definitely recommend this homestay to anyone willing to stay in a quiet area, away from the city centre (easily accessible to the metro station).

The place is cozy and comfortable, and the host is very nice! I would definitely stay again.

The flat feels homey, not like a standard hotel room. It is definetly not a new shiny room, but I personally liked the old-fashioned looks of the place. The entrance is through a small garden that you can also see from the room's window, which I enjoyed a lot. The bed is comfortable, the room and bathroom were clean and the host was very firendly and welcoming. Getting in and out is very easy, and even though at first I thought the place is far from the main touristic attractions, in the end I enjoyed the neighborhood a lot and if you don't feel like walking, you can easily reach the metro station.

The walls are thin so you can hear and can be heard for sure, in case that is a conocern, but I wasn't bothered by it. I think the bathroom can always use extra cleaning, but that might just be me as I pay extra attention on cleanliness

Everything! Location, neighborhood, quietness at night, clean room with character. Richard was fantastic and very helpful.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like. Maybe thin walls but that was because it is an old characteristic building, which was lovely.

Om det inte vore för cigarettröken hade allt varit perfekt.

Läget var bra, och studion hade allt man behövde. Ägaren var flexibel och väntade till midnatt på min ankomst eftersom mitt flyg var kraftigt försenat.

Det luktade extremt mycket cigarettrök i rummet. För att göra saken ännu värre hittade jag mängder av fimpar i soptunnan som inte hade tömts. Första natten hade jag svårt att andas och fick en allergisk reaktion. Jag var tvungen att ha fönstret öppet hela tiden för att försöka rensa luften.
