Quiet place to stay. Of the main road so no disturbance. Also pocket friendly.

This hotel is located in a very convenient location. Heaps of restraurants near by and also a couple of convenient stores. Subway and tram stop minutes away.
If you have big luggage request a room on a lower floor as there is no lift. I had to carry my own luggage 4 floors up.

We booked this place as it was affordable and walking distance to the Paris Convention Centre. However, after one night we had to abandon the rest of our booking and find somewhere else to stay.
We arrived during a heatwave. There is no airconditioning or fans. There are large windows but even though the outside air cooled down overnight, the heat was trapped in the room somehow. The window let in an occasional, merciful breeze, but also let in mosquitoes. Spent the night sweating profusely and only slept a few broken hours of sleep, by counting the number of mosquito bites.
The shower was covered in orange mould, the provided towel was stained. Outside the hotel smells of sewerage.
Five days later, I am still scratching these mosquito bites.
Maybe it might be ok outside of a heatwave. But I was able to find another hotel 15min walk away which was much cleaner and more comfortable
