A pleasant stay in a very clean, well-located guesthouse with a kind and helpful host.

The property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, about a 10-minute walk from Kotor Old Town. It was one of the cleanest guesthouses I have ever stayed in. The host was very communicative and extremely helpful.

The only thing that could be improved is that, although the air conditioning was working, a slightly stronger unit would make the apartment even more comfortable during the peak August heat.

Very pleasant stay in a lovely town.

Spacious, bright and quiet property in good location with parking. The hostess was friendly and welcoming. Large veranda overlooking the garden.

Neither of us could get the Wi-Fi to work at all. We didn’t raise this with the owner because we were only staying overnight and had a cellular service on our mobiles.

Basic and expensive for what it is

The flat keeps cool

Extremely basic and dated. It is located in a tired area close to a hospital , although not far away from town is not a pleasant walk to it. It has the basics, maybe good for students, although to expensive for what it is. We stayed in flat same price in Budva an 100% better in every sense.

Perfectly located and equipped apartment

Location is great, near a natural beach in Kotor and not far from Old Town, yet far enough for area to be quiet. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Kotor (kettle, fridge, stove, washing machine, iron, etc.) The owner is very nice and friendly. Parking can get a bit tight, but that's the case for whole Montenegro. Would definitely stay again if we go to Kotor.

Very comfortable apartment in a quiet location, approximately 15 minutes walk from Kotor old town.

Host wasn't very welcoming to a friend who came to leave their bags in the apartment for a day which put us on edge and tainted our otherwise great stay a little!

The perfect stay in Kotor

Had a great experience here, during my stay in Kotor. The location of the apartment is really great. A 5-10.min walk from the old town, in a peaceful area away from the traffic and tourists. In terms of size and equipment, the apartment has everything you need. Anita (the host) was really nice, and offered her help whenever. She helped me book a taxi on the way home, so I didn't have to pay the overprizes they have for non-locals. Thanks for having me!

Perfect oasis in Kotor

Travelled through Europe for 7 weeks in July/Aug and this was one of my favourite accommodations. Perfect location: 5min walk to a locals beach and 10ish min walk to the edge of Old town. Hosts were so lovely, communicative and welcoming. Allowed us to drop off our bags early and leave bags on our departure dag. The place was perfect for two people. We had a small patio, great air con, washing machine, kitchen, large bedroom with a wardrobe and small dining area with a love seat. We had no noise issues, felt safe and comfortable, and loved the stay. Thank you!!

Great place, amazing value for money

Super clean, well equipped with pretty much everything you need, comfortable bed, lovely balcony, very friendly hostess, quiet location but close to the old town (ca. 10 minutes walk). Definitely recommended!

Only thing we missed were the hooks to hang towels in the bathroom :D

Exceptional

I really enjoyed my stay in this ground floor apartment. It was exceptionally well maintained and felt relatively new. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen/living room was spacious enough for both of us. The functional air conditioning was appreciated. Overall, this is one of those apartments that you don't really feel like leaving because of how nice and comfortable it is. The bus station is about a 10 minute walk away and the nearest beach is even closer. I highly recommend this place!

The flat was clean and well furnished. You'll have your own fridge and washing machine as well as a nicely equipped kitchen and access to a balcony or terrace.

Comfort, spacy, peaceful, quite and amazingly clean accomodation. Full of light. Furniture is new and modern, minimalistic. Beddings are new and clean. Hosts approachable and available for any support. We got rest and got the best from accomodation we expected. WiFi of good quality, was possible to work online without interruptions. Parking place in house backyard. 10 minutes walk to old town. 2 minutes to the nearest city beach. Will be apartment to choose for the next visit.
