Urban Flat 42 - LUXURY FLAT

Personally I liked the Game of Thrones themed apartment as I’m a big fan of the show. It was nice and cozy. Location was ideal and it wasn’t noisy during the night hours. The price was very good for the location as well.

Location

Everything was great

It was very central, all major sites were within walking distance, and the hosts/agency were overall helpful and friendly. There was a leak in the bathroom which was fixed very soon after we reported it. The check-in and out process was quite easy.

The apartment is very "used" and feels dusty/dirty (the floors were dirty on our arrival, our white socks got dark grey very soon). Moreover, we spotted (and killed) a cockroach :( The bed linen was ok, but the mattress cover on one of the beds had a hole in it, so it was not comfortable to sleep. The days of our stay were very hot, and the ACs in the flat were not of much help. The central location is great, but it's important to remember that this area of Paris is not the nicest (dirty, dodgy), and the street could get noisy in the night. The flat is on the 1st floor (actual 2nd) but a low one (also the ceilings of the flat are quite low), so you feel like the people chatting in the street are just next to you, which is really unomfortable. The flat is overall quite well equipped with crockery and cutlery, but there are only 4 wine glasses (I mean we're in France!) and they only left 2 toilet rolls for 5 people for a week!
