About this villa rental
A fully-equipped villa (renovated in 2019), set in a forested estate in the Stavronikita Villas . The villa has a minimal modern feel, with privacy, a large garden and amenities to suit your every need, including swimming pool! Close to the Resort (3 fully-serviced five star hotels and Marina) for fine dining, watersports and pampering. Perfect for families or groups of friends. Book now for an unforgettable vacation!
The Villa is a comfortable fit for a family or group of friends. The spacious living room with two large sofa beds can easily accommodate three people, and is directly connected to the kitchen and both terraces with large dining tables. The master bedroom has a double bed and a single raised bed, while the attic has a large double bed. The second bathroom is fully equipped, while there is an extra shower with hot water outdoors.
All parts of the house are accessible, including the garden and the shared pool. Shared private parking is located right in front of the house.
Villa Emily is located in the heart of Stavronikita Villas. It offers privacy with a large excellently kept garden, safety with monitoring by Security and great comfort.
All 5-star Hotels offer a great variety of activities, from spas, Michelin-Star Awarded Restaurants and boutiques, to sea sports, Theatre and the Rafa Nadal tennis Centre. However, the villa is located at a very convenient spot from where you can visit and explore all of Halkidiki.

Our stay at villa emily has been as pleasant as it gets. The house lies quietly in the pinetree hillsite near sani beach. Cosy rooms with internet/wifi/hifi/netflix/BT. Nice kitchen with all the battery de cousine youll need to cook your own dinner, assuming youre not taking advantage of the many fine restaurants nearby.
The owner was very friendly an we had the impression, that if we wouldve had any problems, he had solved it for us.
We miss the place already.

It was a great stay, the hosts were very welcoming, the house was recently renovated with a modern touch, the kids enjoyed playing by the spacious pool, did a BBQ in the garden with friends. Finally the thing I liked most was my mid-day siestas in the hammock .
