Enjoy the complex swimming pool, surrounded by trees, or visit the nearby beaches 400m away. The house has multiple terraces, affording shade and great views of the surrounding forest and sea beyond. Sleep in one of 3 double bedrooms, with a 4th sleeping area in the mezzanine platform. Book this great property now for an unforgettable vacation.
The house is part of a 6 villa complex, built in 2003 to a very high standard. The complex has a swimming pool and landscaped gardens. The house itself is comprised of 3 levels: Entrance is on ground level with a living room and platform mezzanine with a sofabed. One level below is a separate apartment with independent access, comprising a sleeping pad, living and dining space and kitchen. Below this is the lower level with two double bedrooms and kitchen diner. The house also has terraces on 3 levels, communicating with the three separate floors.
Guests can access all parts of the villa. The swimming pool of the complex can also be used by guests.

The village of Paliouri is at the end Kassandra, the first leg of the Chalkidiki peninsula. It is a pretty, 19th Century settlement on a hill in the midst of a forest. It is close to some beautiful beaches, some larger and more organised, with watersports and beach bars, and other smaller coves for a more low-key swim.
The village is easily accessible by car, approximately 1 hour from the Thessaloniki airport. There are some public transport options but you will be best served by a car to get around and explore the area at your own pace.
Welcome shampoo and conditioner is provided. The guests have to provide their own for long stays.
