We felt very welcomed, felt like a home.

The apartment is full of details that make you feel like you are in your home. The lady was very informative and nice. The home had a fully equipped kitchen and they even left us coffee, bread, sweets and fruits. For one big open space of 4 spots it was very comfortable. A great deal for a place in a parking garage and close to the bus that takes you to the main points. Comfortable beds even the sofa bed. The only point of attention is that it is located in the top of the garage so there are some steps to reach the apartment.

Just the support for the showerhead was broken which made it a bit difficult to shower, but nothing too serious.

Vacation of family of 4

The apartment is absolutely perfect for a family vacation (parents + 2 kids). Close to the city center and to free beaches. A spacious garage equipped with a washing machine and space to dry towels and clothes. The room itself is cosy equipped with everything that you need. Lots of towels, blankets, kitchenette with plates, cutlery and pots so that you don't need to eat out everyday. The bathroom is very spacious and exceptionally clean. From extras there is TV to keep you entertained during slower evenings, a coffee machine with capsules provided. Upon arrival you get a bowl of fresh fruit and sweet pastry. We would recommend it to everyone and hope to come back there.

There is nothing bad with the apartment. However, we warn that big cars might have problems entering the neighborhood as there are scooter mechanics and the road is packed with them making the way very narrow. Nevertheless, when you manage to get through the apartment is a reward :)

Disappointing + no sea view from the apartment

Private parking, as finding a parking spot in Genova can be tricky.

The property is incorrectly listed as having “sea view” but instead faces a building; “seaside” would eventually be more fitting as it is in fact very near the sea. The bed sheets and duvet presented clear signs of wear and tear in addition to a big stain on the duvet. The chairs with fabric sitting were also stained. These “details” inevitably give a sense of uncleanliness. In general, the apartment seems to have suffered the effects of time and use, and requires some much needed maintenance.

Great studio for a family of 4 in between city attractions. Really good place! Welcomed really nicely by the house keeper who did a fantastic job to communicate in English.

Enjoyed our visit and hope to return.

A lovely little place in a brilliant position in Genoa. Quirky and colourful, the apartment was a good size and it felt very welcoming and there were lots of extras. For example breakfast wasn’t included but there was lots of fresh fruit and things to nibble as well as juice and water in the fridge. Having secure garage parking in the city where there were cars parked everywhere was excellent. We spent two nights there on our way through Italy and would certainly hope to visit again in the future - perhaps for longer to explore Genoa a little more.

Very nice place!!! The garage under the loft is awesome! Not so far from city center, a lot of good and not expensive restaurants nearby. Enough space for family with 2 children. Special thanks to the host for fruits and croissants.

Disappointing

Actually no sea or beach view, what you can see is only the building nearby. The furniture is not so clean, and I can feel the smell. The towels are not so nice. The drain in the shower room is blocked. No normal breakfast, only fruits and packages of small bread. Usually in B&B, these are the snacks in the public area ...

Monolocale molto accogliente con all’interno tutto il necessario ed anche di più … posizionato in una zona ben servita da ristoranti alimentari bar …ma uno dei punti di forza davvero importante per noi che abbiamo raggiunto Genova in macchina e il parcheggio in box sotto al monolocale accessibile dall’interno

Très beau séjour pour découvrir une ville superbe .

La situation géographique. Le confort de l'appartement, le garage mis à disposition et fermé. la gentillesse de la personne qui s'occupe des clients. La mise à disposition de fruits et gâteaux divers.

Il faudrait avoir une plaque chauffante plus performante ou un micro onde plus performant également car il était très difficile de faire bouillir de l'eau. Dommage car tout le reste est impeccable.

El Dpto es hermoso, un monoambiente amplio y con todas las comodidades, en un edificio frente al mar. La disponibilidad de cochera en el edificio es muy útil, es difícil encontrar lugar para estacionar. Mariann nos recibió de manera excelente, sumamente amable, nos brindó buena información acerca de los lugares para visitar o comer en la zona.

Die Lage ist einfach TOP 🔝. Wer gut zu Fuß ist der kann in die Stadt laufen. 🏃 Das Appartment hat eine Eigene Garage abschließbar was für Genua sehr sehr gut ist. Was das Appartment sogar noch hat was nicht in der Beschreibung steht das es sogar seitlichen Meerblick hat und für das Geld einfach für die Stadt unschlagbar ist. Außerdem nicht zu vergessen ist die Vermieterin sehr sehr sehr nett 👍. Vielen Dank Wir kommen gerne wieder

Das Auto konnte man direkt unter dem Appartement in eine Garage stellen. Und das sogar kostenlos. Parkplätze sind rar in Genua...also top!

Perfekte Lage (für uns), Garage für unser Auto, die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat uns Tipps für Restaurants gegeben. In der Unterkunft liegt ein Stadtplan, wo die Bushaltestelle ins Zentrum ist, wo man ein Taxi findet,… Eine Schale mit frischem Obst und abgepackte Croissants und Kuchen standen auf dem Tisch. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: Perfekt!

Très bon séjour

Grand studio même pour une famille avec 2 enfants. La climatisation est vraiment un plus, le lave linge très utile , et la place dans un garage au top ! Gênes est une très grande ville, on a pu circuler en voiture pour aller voir les musées du port, car avec des enfants et la chaleur cela restait assez loin. Prévoir d'arriver avant 10h pour se garer plus facilement au port, ou bien privilégier les le bus (achat de tickets très simple avec l'application du téléphone). La propriétaire était très aimable, il y avait du café, des fruits, de quoi prendre le petit déjeuner. Nous aurions aimé rester plus longtemps !

Дуже, дуже, дуже скромне помешкання за свої кошти

*в описі вказано, що поруч є пляж, але на момент нашого заїзду він був закритий - йшли ремонті роботи. Нас про них не попередили. *Помітно, що власник не інвестує в помешкання: все дуже скромне і старе, потребує оновлення: посуд(багато тарілок було тріснутих або побитих), ножі не загострені - неможливо було користуватися, каструлі протікали, вода в унітазі набирається вічність, насадка для душу ллє в усі сторони. *Сигнал wi fi постійно пропадав. *Нажаль, нам не пояснили як користуватися плитою (вона дуже стара і щоб зрозуміти, як збільшувати/змушували вогонь пішло багато часу), або витяжкою, яка спільна для кухні і ванни. *Єдине місце для сушіння білизни - паркомісце, де воно не сохне.

Мы отдыхали семьей,нас встретила хозяйка квартиры очень милая девушка,на кухне был презент от хозяйки фрукты и пирожные ,что было очень приятно ,в квартире все есть для комфортного проживания,расположение было удобным,все было в шаговой доступности.
