夏休みシーズンでしたが待たされることなくスムーズにチェックインできて、お部屋も入って更に引き戸があることで廊下からの騒音の聞こえ方は全然違うように思えました。お水とゼリーのサービスも嬉しかったです。広さも快適でした。
お風呂は寝湯やつぼ湯もあり、露天風呂にはツバメが巣を作っていてひなの鳴き声を聴きながながら、早朝に入ったらとても気持ちが良かったです。
朝食は並びましたが回転は早く海鮮丼を作るコーナーもあったりお子様メニューもあって満足でした。
湯上りにヤクルトとアイスを頂いて、ご家族連れは2階にお休み処があり漫画がズラっとあったのでそこでゆっくりするのもいいなと思いました。
1番気に入ったのは大浴場の天井からの七夕祭りの様な照明？が仙台らしさが出ていて素敵だなと思いました。また利用したいです。
なにか送迎があるのか私は見つけられませんでしたが、車ありきの場所にあるのでアウトレットからナビですぐだと思いきや、正面入口の方まで歩いて行くと猛暑にはけっこう厳しい距離でした。
あとはチェックイン時の対応スタッフさんが2名ほどで関内説明を1グループにすると自動チェックイン機は3台ありますし対応もれが出てしまって、初めての利用でしたがテレビの館内説明を見て理解しました。お年寄りの方などはちょっと困るかなと思いました。
