Pousada Casarão Gastehaus

Excelente atendimento, por coincidência ficamos no mesmo quarto que já ficamos em 2024. Excelente café da manhã, localização ótima. Super recomendo e retornarei sempre que for a Pomerode.

A pousada é maravilhosa, com ambiente excelente e tinha até banheira de hidromassagem no chalé.

O preço da diária foi um pouco alto.

Do café da manhã estilo colonial com muitas variedades saborosas! o atendimento dos funcionários e as instalações do chalé limpo e novinho! o Lugar eh muito agradável! Amei

A localização porque fica na estrada há 10 min. de Pomerode, mas achei perto! Apenas o fato do meu chalé ficar no início, próximo à estrada me incomodou um pouco porque ouvia os barulhos dos carros passando.

The setting of the place was nice among the trees. Our room was at the back of the property without any views but quiet and clean. Pool was good

We originally booked a chalet but we find out when we arrived that it was along a main road with noisy trucks passing by. It should have been disclosed in the website that it was the case. So we asked to be moved in another room at the back of the property that was a lot less expensive. They agreed but the owner contacted on the phone by the very polite staff did not want to refund the difference. So we ended up in a room with no noise but we spend a lot more that we should have .. At the breakfast there was only one very efficient staff but she was not able to handle the massive amount of work as they had nearly a full house occupancy . So there were a lot of used plates cups etc left on tables and even near the food buffet ( not hygienic) Really they need at least 2 people for the job. But I commend the all -in one cook/waiter who was doing absolutely her best!
