The staff the hotel and the spa was good and efficient. Toilet got blocked but was sorted out as soon as possible

The property is so clean the staff is very kind and nice shout out to chaimae and siham the cleaning ladies they were super nice to us during the stay, I would definitely recommend and come back again. The only issue that I have to talk about was is Zeitouna the service was pretty slow, they forgot about order I ended up not ordering please work on it.
