Decent hotel, however quite far from main area (Medina). Mall nearby with Carrefour grocery store and food court. Hotel going under major renovations to some pools and rooms . Breakfast buffet good .

As the title says; you get what you pay for. Breakfast has birds eating with you, and honestly is pretty terrible. Half the hotel is breaking apart and under construction. Area is in the middle of nowhere, which makes you think it would be quiet, but airplanes fly overhead every 20 minutes so good luck. No water in room, it costs 20 DHM to get it delivered. Everything including showers is rusty. And most importantly, we were moved 2 times because of the low quaility, dirty rooms and in all rooms the door to the terrace was broken and could not be locked (?). This poses major safety concerns irrespective of what the reason for this happening is… but I have seen other guests complain about it as well. The locks are all somehow broken in the same way, as if someone purposely bent the closing metal piece to the point where it’s impossible to attach to the wall which would keep the sliding door always open… All of them were bent in the same direction as well! Outwards! On a positive note, staff is very kind to customers. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are even bigger but not as comfortable. Hotel looks good from outside but sort of a disaster on the inside.
