Personale gentile e disponibile oltre le attese. Struttura ordinata e organizzata, immersa nel verde, dove vigevano inoltre apprezzati periodi di silenzio. Immediata vicinanza della spiaggia, del lungomare e della Ciclovia Adriatica. Presenza nelle immediate vicinanze di numerosi locali. Supermercati raggiungibili a piedi.
