About this house rental
Rent two newly renovated penthouses on the fourth floor with lift and air conditioning. I post some photos and I will update them.
They consist of a living room / kitchen that overlook a terrace with a parasol, table and chairs.
The master bedroom and the small bedroom with bridge wardrobe and second pull-out bed overlook another terrace. The windowed bathroom has a shower box.
On the ground floor there is the Del Principe pharmacy and very close there are: tobacconist, bakery, supermarket, pizzeria, perfumery etc.
The coastline of fine sand with clear waters refracting on the rocks is 400 meters away. In the morning you will find the boats with their fresh catch. And for those who love cycling there is the seafront with the very long bike path.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die moderne neue Einrichtung und die Ausstattung entsprach den Bildern.
Insbesondere die beiden großen Balkone (nach Osten und Süden) haben uns gefallen - für den Blick auf das Meer und zum Verweilen Morgens und Abends.
Absolut empfehlenswert.
Accoglienza molto cordiale. L'appartamento era molto pulito e i moderni arredi nuovi e l'attrezzatura corrispondeva alle immagini.
Soprattutto i due grandi balconi (a est e sud) ci è piaciuto - per la vista del mare e per la mattina e la sera.
Assolutamente consigliato.

Luogo ideale per famiglia con attrazioni tranquille in serata e per chi vuole movida in dieci minuti e a San Benedetto Del Tronto, mare limpido e tranquillo al mattino in Po mosso al pomeriggio comunque sempre ventilato
