Premises, personnel
Lack of a decent refrigerator. The existing one is too small and keeps water warm target than cold.
Another week point is the poor breakfast.

Location was great for us, near anything we needed plus public transportation of all kinds nearby (trams, bus, metro). Loved the AC has I was hot inside without it!

Clean, cozy, comfortable. Friendly staff. Located in the city not far from the city center.

The staff were lovely, and the room was cleaned everyday.
Although the beds were very noisy we slept well.
Location is good for old town.
The bathroom was nice and modern
The room fridge was warm, it made the safe and cupboard really warm.
The breakfast was very limited and on the last day the coffee machine didn't work
The rooms have very thin walls I could hear the person in the next room snoring.
Every time someone opened their bedroom door ours rattled and it felt like someone was coming in.
The shower kept running hot then cold whilst showering.
Unsure on how it's rated a 4 star it's more of a 2.
