Venetian Bucharest

It was very clean and nicely furnished. The carpet floor and bed were very comfortable and the room overall was warm. The house slippers were very comfortable. Shower had hot water and the location was central. There'd also a Carrefour next door.

Wifi would cut in and out but wasn't much of a bother since we were exploring the city for most of the time.

Clean, comfortable and newly built out.

Nothing!

Central location, quiet, newly renovated.

1. Staff - admin was very unfriendly and unhelpful when their entry code machine was malfunctioning. Kept on telling me how to enter the code, while their machine was either not registering the tap, or was registering unintended taps (when tapping just to activate the screen). The admin was treating me like an Indios who does not know how to tap a code, and refused to understand that their machine was malfunctioning. They were very rude. 2. There was a smell in the room (coming from the bathroom) that they were trying to mask by using strong scent machines, that were releasing such strong odor that I felt like vomiting initially when entering the room. Eventually, I unplugged it and placed the recipient outside on the window sill. There was still the unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, but that was more tolerable than the scent machine. 3. The pillows were bad and insufficient. Any respectable hotel offers 4 pillows, this one only had two. 4. The bedding weren’t good quality, and were kind of harsh and irritating for the skin. 5. No elevator.

everything! excellent location, very clean and well taken care of. communication with the host went very well.
