Location is great and we like Villamartin, the house itself has a good floorpan, swimming pool looks very nice.
Shop nearby and easy to reach.
The TV and the washing machine didn’t work for two weeks and the owner that not make any effort to replace or repair these machines. The contactperson tried to arrange the repairs but the owner refused to give permission for the repair.

Location and property
Over Charging 90 euros for cleaning fee, usually 60 euros in the area. Also charging for electric this was very poor. Took 45 euro and no way did we use that in a week

Balcony was nice. Great weather. Isabella’s restaurant was fantastic. Close to Cartegena
Smelled like mildew or a place the has been neglected for a couple years. Linens, blankets?and pillows we paid extra for were worse for wear and an odd assortment. Clothes washer inoperable. Location description was misleading as I thought we would be close to the beach.
