As soon as we called from downstairs host met us and handled keys
We did not get check in instructions in advance. We had to text/call multiple times. We were not sure how we will get in and bit worried. We are from Canada. We did not want to make international calls to avoid significant international roaming and long distance charges. It would have been way better experience if we got e-mail telling us to ring some door bell to get keys...

The location was absolutely beautiful.
We did experience an issue with parking availability. We checked in at 15:00 and checked out the next morning at 09:30. Since the next guest’s check-in time was listed as 14:00, we had hoped to leave our car in the parking space until then. Unfortunately, we were informed that this was not possible.
At the time of our departure from Brela, we noticed that there were two parking spaces available.
We understand that policies may vary, but allowing guests a bit more flexibility with parking would greatly improve the overall experience.

Room was veeeery clean (the cleanest room I ever was) and larger than we thought, we were suprised. Perfect location. Perfect view.
