Punta Rata apartment

Skvělá lokalita,výhled na moře naprosto super,byli jsme ubytováni hned po příjezdu,kuchyně je vybavena všem potřebným.

Chtělo by to rekonstrukci 🫣 a trochu vice úklidu.Jinak vše ok.

10/10 location and view. Couldn't get closer to the sea if it could. Really clean. Bathroom is perfect no notes, particularly loved the humongous shower cabin. Loved the balcony kitchen. Really enjoyed sleeping with an open balcony door and the sound of cicadas and the shore. Morning breakfast was amazing, the balcony is on the cool side this part of the year (June) so it ended up being pleasantly chilly during the breakfast. Would've loved to have stayed even longer! The apartment itself has all completely sufficient amenities and is as clean as humanly possible, and considering how gorgeous the area is and how convenient and accessible it is, it's definitely worth every euro.

The communication with hosts was a bit vague but it got resolved by the end of the day (We didn't get our WiFi immediately and couldn't contact them, but we worked it out. It was just funny miscommunication.) If you're coming by car, the parking situation is hell. The apartment does provide parking but the terrain of the area is tricky to navigate and very steep and narrow. Its much easier with an elevated diesel car with a strong pull up the hill. It was also difficult to find parking after checking out, but lots of people are kind and rent parking spots so that also got worked out quickly. In fact, nothing else was the issue. The metal latch/frame fell off the outer door handle when I was pulling the key out and it rang through the hallway, that's it. That's the only thing that needs to get replaced. Overall lovely apartment.

Room was ok, owners very friendly and nice. Place has very good location, close to the beautifull Beach and centrum.

Unfortunately we had very noisy neighbors but this sometimes happen.
