An ideal apartment in a peaceful setting
We stayed at Holderstanzenhof for a week and would happily have stayed longer. The apartment is very comfortable and is equipped with everything that is needed to be able to self-cater. But the real highlight of the stay is the apartment's wonderful location. This is the last house on a quiet road that leads to the top of a hill. The location is peaceful with excellent views across the woods hills. There are countless walks from the front door. St Peterstal is only a short walk/drive away with excellent shops and additional walking opportunities. The hosts are very welcoming and full of helpful advice, but also happy to leave guests to get on with their holiday.

Fastastic view and natural setting, super clean apartment with all necessary amenities. The owners are so friendly and willing to show and explain the various aspects of their farm (animals, making honey, schnapps, stone oven bread). Super for children and adults. Would highly recommend it!!
The road driving up to the property is narrow and can make one unfamiliar with this type of geography a bit nervous when driving. . .but this type of road should be expected for a place located in the mountains.

Great place when travelling with kids
The Kimmig family is great and although we don't speak german and their english was poor, the communication was fluent as we all tried. They explain us how they do honey, how they take care of the animals. Our kid had a great time!! The Kimmig family make us feel like home!

Erholsamer Aufenthalt zum Jahreswechsel
Sauberes und ansprechendes Appartement im Erdgeschoß, für 2 Personen, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten gleich ab Hof.
