Close to the ring road, full.use of a shared kitch3n / dining area with kettle in room.
Plenty of parking space. Dark skies / low light pollution.
Light directly outside door could not be turned off. No TV. Tiny window in room and the door did not lock.

This place is beautiful, has the best staff and facilities and the breakfast is great. I really hope to stay here again in the future. It was the best place I stayed while driving the ring.

Always like being at Saltvík.
Our short horse ride was lovely!

Friendly staff.
Worst thing was that the hot water smelled like geyser (rotten eggs). Additionally, the room was very small and dirty. It was definitely overpriced.
