We are a family with three boys, 20, 18 and 10. The bungalow is not large but we fit in. It is located 100 meters above the sea level so that although there is no air-conditioning it is not so hot in the evening and at night. We could glimpse the sea from the terrace---the view is partially obscured by an oak tree. The place is generally quiet and secluded. There is a Carrefour supermarket nearby---3 minutes by a car. We went mostly to the sandy Chiuni beach, which is mostly quiet, but we also checked out the Peru beach. One needs to drive to both, walking there (and back up!) would be deadly in the heat.
The owner runs a hotel in Cargese where we picked up the key.
The kitchenette is generally not well equipped. The moldy coffee machine needs to be replaced.
Since the walls of the bungalow are very thin one can hear everything---and the floor was squeaky at some spots. But this is to be expected in this type of accommodation.
The owner only speaks French; his wife speaks Italian as well.

Nous avons adoré l'emplacement, bien situé proche de Cargèse en voiture. Vue imprenable sur la plage et la baie qui sont accessibles en 5 min en voiture.
Literies de type camping.
Les autres bungalow sont proches, le manque de climatisation et de grille pain.

Le calme, chalet confortable
Il serait bien de couper les herbes, peut être que les fourmis viendraient moins, et en plus elles piquent.
