Room and food was good. Rooms are clean and felt good.
The room and amenities were good. But since we booked from booking.com, we had to wait for 2 hours to get a room, while the people who booked directly and came after us were given priority and were assigned rooms before us. I already confirmed with them before booking for an early check in. They were ok with early check-in while i was making the booking, but they did not adhere to it when we reached the hotel and made us wait for 2 hours in the lobby. I had to show them the phone and email confirmation of the early check-in confirmation, only then they slowed down. Although the rooms were good, not a pleasant way to be treated when you are paying this much.

Breakfast was good. The spread of dishes can be more particularly nuts, sprouts etc . the healthy foods.Breakfast time of closure should be extended to 10.30 am.
Housekeeping is not too efficient . It needs improvement.
