The hotel as a whole left a very pleasant impression! Among the advantages: a large buffet line, there is everything and even more, a very strong children's section (various programs, shows, disco, slot machines, water park ..), the staff almost always reacted immediately to requests (a few moments seemed strange to me when communicating with the staff, but it's not so important to text about it write in a negative way). I would especially like to mention the supervisor for working with guests, Ayim, who helped throughout the rest from the moment we met, if necessary, was very attentive and friendly. A professional in her field!
Of the cons: we moved from one room to another because the noise from the evening music was very strong, but the relocation did not help much, even at a high level, the noise was strong, both from us and from the neighboring hotel. And this is a huge disadvantage when you are with a child and go to bed early. Then there are sun beds and ever-pointed things, such as "booking" in the morning. You arrive at 9 a.m. and leave at 13, but there are still no people on the sun beds! Oh, you have to look for a place to sunbathe! A hotel of this level should solve this issue! It just looks like a village market, not a 5-star one! The rooms require a few updates and these are quite the small rooms. In the aquapark the water was so cold for kids (specially for small children).

Everything. The restaurants and food are superb. The kids club and the staff in kids club is really outstanding. They know every kid and are really looking after them. The shows were great.
The only less strong point is the beach, the water gets steep really fast and it was very windy.

beautiful location. Very well maintained. Buffet Food was gorgeous.
Our first room although beautiful was beside were stores were kept and was very noisy from 4.30am. we were moved satisfactorily after complaining. Staff in buffet were slow to dress the table and get drinks.
