    Good place as a transit station between philip island and Melbourne downtown area.

    The floor at the kitchen area feels sticky from day 1. The floor at the living area also feels dusty. There are bits of rubbish beside the fridge on the floor. It should be cleaned properly before renting it out. Another thing to take note is there is only 1 air con blower for the whole 2 bed room apartment. The bedroom door has to be left opened at night to get the cool air. The second bedroom is at the far end of the apartment will not get the cool air much. Do not book this apartment if you mind this.
