Great service from staff particularly Fong . Pool excellent good location to mrt . Aircon efficient .

Room a little small hard for 2 to get around .

The room is clean and very comfortable. The size is small, but since I don't always spend time in the room, it is fine. The cleaning staff was very friendly and polite, asking me if I wanted my room to be cleaned or changing the sheets when she was there. Her name was Ibu Sri from Indonesia. The location is the most beneficial one. The hotel is located close to Arab St. And Bugis St. (5-10 mins walk) and in front of it is a bus stop and there are 2 MRT stations: Lavender and Nicoll Highway in walking distance. I came back from a concert at midnight, and was walking back to hotel from the station and was feeling very safe. There are also cafes and restaurants nearby and very comfortable to access. Also enjoyed the swimming pool and there was also a small gym available.

The size of the room is small. And there was a kid next-door banging and crying at night, but I called the receptionist and they handled it right away.

Farhan at the front desk took care of us. Made sure we had most rooms on the same floor, as we were travelling in a group. Thank you Farhan for the A+customer service. Rooms were cleaned daily. Jasmine took care of all our travel needs to our next destination. Organized our visas, transportation, etc. Highly recommended.

Better lighting in bathroom.

The location was good and hotel had shops outside on ground floor. Hotel had large and busy lobby with staff whom are readily willing to help.

Facilities were not very clean as swimming pool had saliva and mucus in water. The walls are quite thin with not adequate gap between the rooms so you can hear neighbouring rooms using the flush during the night. Although the hotel is quite large, the rooms are very small in size, with barely any space to walk around.
