Maya the owner at MingTang is all any traveler need to meet in Nepal. She is of the best advice for everything from going around, dinning and tourism or just fixing any "make my life better" in a snappy way. The facility is clean, restful, nicely decorated and perfectly located with all the conveniences at walking distance by the lake side of Pokhara. Just dont feed Yahoo the Golden Lab who is an attraction of his own so this doggie is lovely. Maya is a generous person, highly flexible and professional as much as attentive to any details. While greatly assisted by a very kind mgr Maya is always keen to make herself available to customers with a big smile.

A calm and peaceful haven near the lake in Pokhara. The service is personal and respectful and offers a unique experience. The hotel is lovingly decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere quiet and special.

The bathroom has curtains rather than a door to the bedroom area.

We treated ourselves to a stay at Mingtang after 21 days trekking the Annapurna circuit and it was exactly what we needed. Such a restful place to enjoy breakfast in the garden and unwind in the spacious rooms. The shower was amazing, great pressure hot shower and all the thoughtful little things that Maya, the owner has considered! Highly recommend a stay here. The staff are so kind and helpful and Yahoo, the golden lab is so adorable!
