Excellent location, beautiful rooms, and an incredibly comfortable bed with premium-quality bedding. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended!

Clean. Good location. Beautiful new hotel.
We paid for a room with a « terrasse ». Instead we obtained an underground bedroom with a patio dug into an an abandoned parcel surrounded by derelict ruins. To feel safe, we had to keep the window shut at night, despite the heat. The room smelled of toilets. Upper floor bedrooms would have met our needs just fine. The hotel is overall very beautiful.

Clean, elevator, comfortable bed, walking distance to the ferry port
Thin walls - could hear everything going on outside, the wind, crowds talking. No parking available in the nearby garages - had to walk for blocks with our luggage

Clean, modern, well located
The heating didn’t work and the room was just a couple degrees warmer than outside. Since there’s no 24h reception to fix it, we had to sleep in our sweaters and jeans. Also, the room says soundproof but we could hear everyone talking in the hallway. Also the blackout curtains don’t cover the whole window so light came in early in the morning so we couldn’t sleep in.
