The Space:
Please note that renovation work will be taking place in a few private units in the building during August 2026. Work is scheduled for weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. During these hours, construction-related noise may be present.
Bay view studio + balcony.
Boats and jet skis are not included in the nightly rate; please inquire directly with the different motor sports rental companies in the area for availability and rates.

The Neighborhood:
Convenient to the marina, park, Starbucks, restaurants, movie theaters, retail stores and only a few minutes away from the highway for an easy drive to downtown and all major highways!
Getting Around:
There is a train station about a mile away, it's best to get here by private/ rental car or taxi.

Parking for one vehicle is available for $10/night - please let us know if you will be parking a vehicle
Please note that extra guests (up to the maximum allowable occupancy limits) added after the booking will incur a $10 + tax/ night/ extra guest fee.
Kindly note that late check outs are usually not possible, and a check out past 11 AM will be charged a $75 to cover cleaners overtime fees.
Please remember that you are staying in a private studio, not a hotel unit despite that my private property is in a building shared… with a hotel.
You get the same access to the amenities & engineer help as hotel guests, but daily cleaning is not part of the rate. Please let us know if you would like to purchase additional cleaning services, like a change of linens or towels.
The photos are of the actual unit, however we change furniture, accessories, art work and small appliances when needed. Some of these items may look different than in the pictures in the listing.
The kitchenette and bathroom are original but well taken care of.
There are 3 elevators, you can expect to wait for 2 -3 minutes during the morning rush hour for an available elevator.
Guest must be at least 21 years of age by check in.
Please use appliances as they are intended to be used.
We are not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings of our guests.
We are not responsible for the spoilage of food and beverages.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
We are not liable the closure of any amenity or denial of access of our guests.

We do not accept third party reservations or reservation transfers to other guests. The booking guest must be the guest checking in and be present during the entire stay. If you’re coming to Miami and plan to stay in the Grove, then you won’t do better than renting this studio. It’s on a high floor with a small deck and an amazing view of the bay, the parking garage is on site and the unit has access to the hotel’s amenities. It’s an older building but the unit is in good condition. There’s a kitchenette that has everything you’ll need for light cooking and the WiFi is fast. The Grove is right outside the door with a ton of restaurants and shopping and a lively night scene. The price for the unit (even with all the add on VRBO fees) is competitive with area hotel rates but this studio gives you a lot more than any hotel room would for the money. Last comment; communication with the owner was great and it’s obvious why they’re considered a ‘super host’. This VRBO is definitely a find. Book it!
