Our private studio is located in a condominium hotel, all amenities are maintained by the hotel staff.

Parking for one vehicle is available for $10/night - please let us know if you will be parking a vehicle.
Boats and jet skis are not included in the nightly rate; please inquire directly with the different motor sports rental companies in the area for availability and rates.

Access to the Top Floor Gym & Sauna ( hours are 6AM to 10PM.)
Access to the 8th Floor Pool & Hot Tub & Racketball Courts
Access to the coin-operated Laundry Room

Parking for one vehicle is available for $10/night - please let us know if you will be parking a vehicle
The Neighborhood:
Convenient to the marina, park, Starbucks, restaurants, movie theaters, retail stores and only a few minutes away from the highway for an easy drive to downtown and all major highways!
Getting Around:
There is a train station about a mile away, it's best to get here by private/ rental car or taxi.
100 yards/meters from Restaurants, Coffee Shops, Shopping & Marina
10 minutes by car to the University of Miami
15 Minutes by car from Brickell
Other Things to Note:
Parking for one vehicle is available for $10/night - please let us know if you will be parking a vehicle
Please note that extra guests (up to the maximum allowable occupancy limits) added after the booking will incur a $10 + tax/ night/ extra guest fee.
Kindly note that late check outs are usually not possible, and a check out past 11 AM will be charged a $75 to cover cleaners overtime fees.
Please remember that you are staying in a private studio, not a hotel unit despite that my private property is in a building shared… with a hotel.
You get the same access to the amenities & engineer help as hotel guests, but daily cleaning is not part of the rate. Please let us know if you would like to purchase additional cleaning services, like a change of linens or towels.
The photos are of the actual unit, however we change furniture, accessories, art work and small appliances when needed. Some of these items may look different than in the pictures in the listing.
The kitchenette and bathroom are original but well taken care of.
There are 3 elevators, you can expect to wait for 2 -3 minutes during the morning rush hour for an available elevator.
Guest must be at least 21 years of age by check in.
Please use appliances as they are intended to be used.
We are not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings of our guests.
We are not responsible for the spoilage of food and beverages.
We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities.
We are not liable the closure of any amenity or denial of access of our guests.
Please note all amenities are managed and operated by the Arya hotel. This includes all the pool area, gym, laundry room, car valet service. The resort management may change the opening hours or close any or all amenities for any reason. The resort management may deny or remove guest access to amenities if their posted rules are not followed. We do not accept third party reservations or reservation transfers to other guests. The booking guest must be the guest checking in and be present during the entire stay. We reserve the right to cancel non compliant reservations without a refund and vacate individuals from the premises that are not listed on the reservation.

Excellent location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores, responsive hosts and a fabulous view from the room. This is my second stay and next time I need to stay in the area, I will choose it again.

We loved our stay in Coconut Grove! The balcony view was absolutely amazing and we loved the pool below. Very walkable place and not a far uber drive to Miami or the beach. Definitely would come back here!
