Really enjoyed our stay - we had the all inclusive package. The beach was beautiful and great pool facilities. Food selection was excellent unless you are a vegetarian and then you may struggle a little bit. The grounds were perfect.

We independently booked the hotel "Cam Ranh Riviera Beach Resort & Spa" on Booking.com without the requirement of prepayment, which was extremely important for us, as citizens of the Russian Federation, who are not able to make payments abroad by cards. Before visiting the hotel, we had a fairly detailed correspondence with the hotel manager Ms. Trang Le, who answered all the questions in detail and in detail, thank her very much. At the airport we were met by a representative of the hotel, who performed our free transfer to it. At the Cam Ranh Riviera Beach Resort & Spa, upon check-in, we calmly accepted payment for our stay in dollars at the rate to the dongs. We stayed at the hotel in March 2026 and enjoyed the rest a lot. We were satisfied with everything: a large territory; room condition, pools and beach, small water park. Everywhere cleanliness and constant work of the hotel staff to maintain it. The food is delicious, well prepared, beyond praise, a huge selection of dishes for every taste... Everything, including attention to vacationers, corresponds to its level of a five-star hotel. Many thanks to the manager Tatyana (as she seems for the convenience of Russian vacationers) working in the reception. Her excellent knowledge of the Russian language, the ability to solve any questions, a charming and kind smile from the first minute create positive emotions for visitors. There are other managers who speak Russian. Also, many thanks to the hotel doctor, who is always present at the hotel, who provided the qualified assistance, which is extremely necessary for us, when we contact him. First, the water park is a definite highlight – fun and perfect for families or anyone looking to cool off and enjoy some excitement. The resort is tucked away in a quiet area, which makes it a lovely escape from the hustle of everyday life. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the view from the rooms was stunning – definitely a selling point for this place. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, which was consistently good, and the prices for food and beverages were more than fair, especially for a resort setting. The staff at check-in and around the main facilities were welcoming, which set a nice tone at the start of the trip.

Unfortunately, a few operational and policy decisions impacted the overall experience. The music blaring until 11pm made it hard to relax in the evenings, especially since the rest of the resort gives off a peaceful vibe. Adding to the frustration, beverage service stops from 6pm to 7:30pm unless you're all-inclusive, which feels unnecessarily restrictive. Same goes for happy hour – it's only for all-inclusive guests, which comes off as nickel-and-diming. A few of the resort’s attractions seemed under maintained, and common areas lose lighting and fans after 5pm, making them uninviting. After 7:30pm, the only open bar is next to the kids’ area, which stays noisy until late – definitely not ideal for adults trying to unwind. Even worse, cold beer is rarely available right away – waiting up to 10 minutes while it chills in an ice bucket is not what you'd expect on vacation. There’s also an odd inconsistency with VAT charges depending on the bar, and slow food/drink service coupled with a lack of attentiveness from staff at times made for a frustrating dining experience. Finally, the pools and beach closing at 6pm feels way too early, especially when you'd expect to enjoy the water during golden hour.
