Great location and value for money. The room was ok for a short stay, great if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night. The bed was larger than expected and the mattress was ok. The room and bathroom were quite clean on the whole and the bathroom still had quite a bit of room to take a shower. The communication with staff was very prompt and the instructions on how to access the room were clear.
There was some paint coming off the wall which landed on the side of my bed which wasn't great and in certain areas the ceiling was stained. The area where the sink was in the bathroom was tiny. The use of foreign plug adapters was also prohibited which would have been more of a problem if I had a longer stay.

Great value for budget travellers. Clean. Comfortable. Great location near Temple Street. Good mattress
The stairway (part of the block, not the hotel itself) is very grotty but just use the lift instead.
