Very clean, perfect location
We had a very noisy family near by door. I understood that they have small kids, but the parents were noisy too. Avoid room 207. It looks like room 208 is booked by noisy people.

Nice place, excellent location, and very helpful staff. The breakfast was great, and the price–quality ratio is perfect — in this respect, probably the best option in České Budějovice as far as I know.

price, location, stuff at reception
if you looking for of cheep option and you dont mind anything else, then you will be happy, otherwise you will find few quality drawbacks: the garage drive-in is very narrow and slightly bended so very nervous to get there and even worst to get out. our attic room in second floor had many exposed beans everywhere and yes I hit them few times hard. walls do not muffle the sound of the neighbour at all. and breakfast room was so small, with little one corner buffet but with dozen of tables and guests - feels like in czech supermarket in the first day of discount.
