Vista Celestial

The villa’s are beautiful decorated and have a very comfortable bed and large beautiful bathroom with an amazing view. The room was also very clean and they came twice a day to change towels and clean up. We also loved the outdoor plunge pool which was so nice after a warm day. The hotel garden is super pretty and the restaurant was high quality. All the meals were fresh and well prepared. Finally the staff is top notch! They are all super friendly and helpful. They organised our trips and provided a whats app with all info the night before.

There are a lot of stairs to go to and from the room, although they can pick you up. Also the road to the hotel is very steep, we did not feel comfortable to go out at night. For that reason: it would be great if they would offer an a la carte menu next to the set menu so guests have a bit more choice if they are having dinner at the propery every evening.

We absolutely loved Vista Celestial. It is such a beautiful, relaxing and fun place to stay. The property was gorgeous, filled with birds and wildlife, and the view of the ocean and Whales Tale was incredible. The villa was so comfortable, beautifully appointed and spacious. The staff was so kind, responsive and friendly, just totally on top of their service game, but it never felt intrusive. Finally - the food was amazing! It was delicious, fresh and creative without feeling “overdone”; we actually cancelled other reservations to eat one more night at the restaurant. I’m so glad we chose to stay down in small, special Uvita instead of up in Quepos, which is much busier.

We loved it all. Literally nothing to say that we didn’t like.

Wunderschöne Aussicht aus dem Zimmer. Die Mückengittertür war sehr hilfreich. Das Essen war sehr sorgfältig gekocht und sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Fahrt zum Hotel war sehr abenteuerlich, aber mit 4x4 gut machbar.

Incredible place with a lot of potential and amazing views. The room with its bed in the middle and the private jacuzzi is a concept in itself

Staff was always nice but for some of them incompetent. The lady at the desk didn't know what was on the dinner menu. Told us a price that ended up to be wrong. Didnt know how to have us pay by card (we ended up paying cash after losing 20 minutes over that...) When we showed up for breakfast nobody was behind the desk for 10 minutes and after that they were laughing while half laying on it. Keeping our bags while we were at the beach was ok on day 1 but a problem on day 2.... All of this makes no sense for a hotel willing to play in that category .... Also Juan was very quick and efficient solving a jacuzzi problem on day 1, so i guess things come and go In the room, wooden surfaces were worn and sticky. AC was out of age.... guess investments need to be made some day not far
