Clean, polite staff, good location, good food.
There's no elevator so it's difficult to reach upper floors if having mobility issues.
We booked a twin room and got a queen one which looked less spacious than what we saw in the pictures.
We called almost 2 months in advance to ask if the pool has thermal water and they confirmed it does and when we reached the venue they said it doesn't as it would be too expensive. If we would've known this we would've chosen another hotel.

Personal foarte amabil, mâncare bună si multă liniste...
Nu pot spune ca mi-a displacut ceva, deoarece ne-am simtit foarte bine pe toata perioada sejurului. Însă, pot spune ca la piscină nu se putea sta mai mult de o ora - doua, deoarece mirosul de clor era atât de puternic ca ne usturau ochii si aveam senzație de sufocare.

Un hotel ok, cu personal excelent.
Praf peste tot, mochetă veche, îmbibată de praf și mizerie, saltele beton, mobilier uzat.
