Clean modern rooms in a quiet area.
Property is doing construction so it can be a bit noisy currently. One of the owners dogs attacked me in the reception area, as it wasn’t kept locked up. Would be nice if they took a bit more care with that.

Bed was OK and plenty of room. AC looked like it was about to die, but I did note that they were doing refurbishments at site. Easy access to local sites and good compared to in Coollangatta.
Basic cover for the window which allowed morning light to enter the room and also infringed privacy.
