    Paid for a deluxe room which was advertised as having 2 beds. Travelled with my adult child and 2 little ones. On arrival they said because there was only 2 adults they just assumed we would only need one double bed and gave someone else the deluxe room!? I had booked and paid specifically for the deluxe so why would I not receive what I paid for in advance!? I was told I couldnt even have the room they put me in because of the two children as the room they were offering only had one small bed. So I paid full price for 2 beds and they thought as there was only two of us adults they can just give us less than I paid for!? Then say I cant have it because its to small for the two little kids and made me pay $80 for a family room as they had already given the deluxe suite away. They seem far more focused on making money in a dodgy way than anything else. There was roaches in the room. The food went off in the small fridge provided and we were only there two days!! An enormous painting almost fell on a child it was held up by the tiniest nail. The floor needs a scrub and theres mould in the bathroom. Its $10 to use the laundry room and you can only do one tiny load. They tried to charge me a second time when I went to retrieve my clothes from the dryer! The only positive is that its super close to everything, everything really is within walking distance.
