People were friendly and the location is only 15 minutes walk from my workplace. The breakfast was simple self serve (cereal/yogurt/croissant/toast) with orange juice, tea and coffee available.
While the rooms were clean and tidy, the carpet was threadbare in places. However, the price was very competetive so while a little rough round the edges, overall good value. i stayed in room 21, other rooms may be better.

The room was clean and very spacious. We arrived early as we had a wedding in the area and the lady present at the property was so helpful. We were allowed access to get ready, and given our keys to save us coming back later that afternoon.

Food downstairs smelt amazing but I got back too late to try
I was at the front on the main road which was fine but other people eating /drinking downstairs were outside until 1am/1.30am and were rather loud. I shut as many windows as I could to help quieten the noise but there was 1 i couldn't reach.

Property was in a great location for Wimbledon. Very good price . Lovely staff.
Room was very hot . The weather was extremely hot and there was only one fan provided. Room was on the ground floor so for security reasons we didn’t want to leave the windows open overnight.
