Brilliant location would stay again.

The apartments were in a central location, good space for a family and was clean. The sauna was lovely. The ability to wash and dry clothes a real bonus. The balcony and view was our favourite - really beautiful. Apartment is secure and use of key card needed for entry/ lifts inside. Showers had hot running water constantly (not like a friend who was staying in another apartment opposite us).

The beds were not comfortable the mattress is only a a few inches deep. This was the only thing that let down our stay. (Dishwasher was also broken but this did not impact us).

Long skiing weekend

Great location, close to everything, ski-inn, nice views to the slopes. Good restaurants in the same building. Spacious apartment with everything you need

Clean place, great view, own sauna, comfortable beds.

The hallway has seen much better days, so the first impression was awkward. But the studio as such was in great shape. Two of the rooms didn’t have windows, which we found unusual.

Apartments are modern and well equipped. Good size overall.

Utterly no contact from reception. Tried contacting someone for 2 days and had zero response despite many attempts via various channels. You are pretty much given an envelope and must orienteer Yourself accordingly. Check in message was given in Finnish, so was the answering machine at reception. Nobody there over the weekend to check on guests wellbeing. Wifi not working/network not listed. Asked about possibility to store a luggage after check in and got no answer. Called maintenance and they said to try restaurants nearby. This utter disregard for a customer is not what a so called 4 star establishment is about. I chose this place only because of positive reviews. Would have gladly stayed in any of the other places that take customer service to heart. Shout out to people from Sky Inn and Scandic who were very helpful in figuring out this stressful mess that the stay at this place caused.

there is no reception (only emergency phone on Sat-Sun), so if you are staying in Ruka after your check our time and want to hit the slopes, you need to find where to leave your luggage

The property promissed to send the entrance code and guidance for arrival outside reception’s working hours. We never received the entrance instructions and the reception was closed, phone not answering. That was not nice experience.

Superb

Brilliants apts in perfect location, close to the slopes. Very comfortable & generally very well equipped for a family self catering ski holiday.

Reception was a little tricky to find on arrival. Only criticism was it was far too hot in the apts (even with all radiators turned off & windows open!). We could have done with a tea towel, oven gloves & a second saucepan!

Good location and price for the quality

Good location, clean and spacious.

The room was apparently overbooked so there were random people coming in to our room while I was on a remote meeting for work. Staff did know acknowledge this in any way except by interrupting the meeting again asking if there were people coming to our door - personally I did not even get an apology for this. Would have been nice to get some sort of apology, maybe a bar of chocolate or something. Mistakes happen but it’s another thing how you handle them. Then we got a third surprise during the day when there was some sauna maintenance - didn’t bother that much and understandable, but would have been more pleasant to do those in between stays.

Brand new place that lives up to the expectation.

The building and apartment were brand new. The location is exquisite. The room was spotless and the definition "Fully equipped kitchen" was spot on! They even had cooking paper for the oven.

Instructions to find the keys and to the room it self could be improved. A few extra trash bags in the utility closet would also help tremendously.

i don't like the reception situation...its not open for enough hours and not even every day. The day we arrived it opened two hours late due to an 'emergency' although to their credit we were given an early check in. other people were left waiting too. shower screen needed fixing as all the seals had come off - no response to my email

fab holiday in Ruka, such a winter paradise!

great location right opposite the slopes, with lovely large balcony. everything you needed for self catering. spacious and the sauna was great.

couple of light bulbs out, and desk lamp broken. pillows very flat. difficult to locate the ski storage as no real signage. very slippery floors (not quite enough rubber mats when coming in on wet, snowy ski boots).

The location was brilliant, the size of the rooms were better than expected. exceptionally clean on arrival. The Sauna was brilliant. The heating was brilliant and so comfortable after being out in the cold. Sound proofing was great as you couldn’t hear a thing when inside

Great place to stay for a ski holiday

Location is great, just outside of the chairlift and gondola. Room is comfy and warm. Includes everything we need. Got extra locker room for sown gears.
